The cleansing process.
I’m sorry, “Philosoraptor” but I no longer have space for you. I need to make way for my newest influx of iPhone apps. “Typewar” looks promising, as does “Passage” – which I’ve read very positive things about.
It seems that every few months I go through this process where I remove the apps that I haven’t used recently, and replace them with new ones which I am yet to try out. This keeps it fresh – increases productivity, and most importantly, makes me happy. I now have seventy-two apps that I have downloaded, which are not present on my iPhone.
I wonder, what do they think of me? Am I rude to cast them away like the useless chunks of code that they are, or should I be more gentle with these loving creations?
After all, someone spent their immeasurable time and energy smoothing out the bumps in the user-interface; making tiny little adjustments; calculating physics engines... the list goes on. To me, should this mean nothing?
Who cares?
I’m gonna play Doodle Jump.
